thailand travel times

Can anyone suggest package tours, tour guides, travel in Thailand?
My family and I are traveling to Thailand 15 October. We want most of our trip there. However, we go there for 7 days. My parents think I can travel around the country, if you have a guide with us or if we are part of a package. So, in reality, you can visit the site without having our money wasted. In the meantime, we want to go shopping. If someone could suggest some package tours or tour guides, which are affordable, that would be great.
