32 days in Thailand on 30 day visa …. Oops!

My travel agent booked a ticket for me to Thailand for 32 days. I asked 40, but he informed me he could get a visa as a New Zealander for 35 days. When I checked online, found that he was allowed 30 days. Is it possible to go with a tourist visa for 30 days and then pay extra 2 days right? I can not change my ticket, as it was at a discount. Thank you. Everyone advice appreciated

You can get the extensions you need but be a little cautious. Indeed the 30th day of visa on arrival by air, given 29 days in the country, although 15 days crossing the land by Visa gives you 14 days effectively. Not me, but I understand that you may request an extension. Another possibility is to run the border, leaving briefly to return across the country, earning a 15/14 days, if by land. Among the many options to make a 'border run "Two of them are: 1) take the sleeper train from Bangkok to Nong Khai (the Mut mhee is a large and low-cost houses around with a website) on the NE and cross into Laos, leaving perhaps one or two days in Vientiane, about 20 minutes to half an hour of the trip, although I can not necessary. The bill, if I remember correctly, was around $ 15 U.S. bed for a 2nd class. 2) Take Exit 7 hours by train from Bangkok to Aranyapathet, with a 3D class ticket running for 50 U.S. cents … you can switch to Poipet in Cambodia …. morning on the train, I had the opportunity to get a seat, but was an interesting experience, in a crowded room with people local during the first two hours or more, until enough people left to open more locations … I did not stay long in Poipet, as I was en route to Phnom Penh, but I think a number of Thais go through there to go play. For each step, you must obtain a visa. Check the fee for this, and expects others just to the Poipet crossing. Even the cost of visa, which is less expensive than a cheap flight with Air Asia in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which manages around U.S. $ 50 per trip. I believe that no visa is required for New Zealanders to come to Spain, although neither is required for American citizens. Good luck.
