Holidays in Thailand

Can anyone suggest an itinerary for my next trip to Thailand, Myanmar and Laos?

Once again, I ask that suggestions for an itinerary for my next holiday in Thailand, namely through Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Laos, Myanmar and if possible, whether it is safe to visit despite the political instability the country. I am based Yahoo in a big problem during my last trip to Saigon, Hanoi, Siem Reap, Angkor, Phnom Penh, Halong and Jakarta / Bogor and KL / Malacca before that. I have given answers "wanted" or longer than you can get guides. Specific suggestions for the hostels and places to visit would be appreciated. Thank you.

I always travel guides … such as borders of the books. They always have the best suggestions in your name and the best places to see and eating and getting around the city. They often rely on these matters and I'm not upset.
