Holidays in Thailand

the largest island in Thailand for me?

Hello all! Finally I intend to visit Thailand after avoiding for so many years … I almost mainland licked, but it will take about a week left in which ID want to spend 1 or 2 islands … I really want to be sure to choose the right place, and there seems to be so many conflicts around the boards .. So I suppose that many of you have been … where you rate me? 'm looking for some were beautiful and clean beaches and oceans to swim in .. This is the most important thing … Quiet and not really too big, but obviously with places to sleep / eat and meet-minded travelers / local …. Similarly, some were cheap! I think the Madrem / Arunbol Goa? I plan to be there at the end of February.  Any ideas?

Incidentally, are Madrem and Goa in India, Middle bit further … I am a diver, so my fav. place is Koh Tao for diving and lifestyles, between May and October, then during the bass season across the Andaman Sea (Similan Islands, Richelieu Rock, Surin, etc.) ..
